Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Promote and cross sell IT products with main focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and cyber security solutions.
2. Achieving monthly sales targets.
3. Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.
4. Build and maintain sales pipeline in CRM and submit sales forecasts.
5. Professionally manage and handle escalated customer complaints.
6. Communicate with customers to ensure contractual agreements & expectations are exceeded.
- 7. Establish contacts and building positive relationships with senior level decision makers.
- Qualifications:
A. Bachelor Degree in Science (B. Sc) is ideal but not mandatory.
B. Understanding of UAE market with excellent contact list of IT/authorized persons at many potential clients.
C. A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
D. Minimum of 3 years of experience selling ERP, cyber security services or IT hardware products.
E. UAE driving license is mandatory.
F. High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
G. Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.
H. Pursue high performance achievement.
I. Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face meetings.
J. Capable of managing professional sales presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
