In our efforts to expand our team in Dubai, we are looking for an experienced Software Tester with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in automation and manual testing to join our engineering team. You will collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The goal is to deliver seamless, bug-free software experiences to our customers and maintain a robust, efficient testing process across all projects.

We have a long history and tremendous experience in industrial glass processing as we develop state-of-the-art machines and systems from practical experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for APIs and UIs.
• Build and manage automation using ReadyAPI (API testing) and Cypress (UI testing).
• Prepare and manage Test Plans, Test Sets, and Test Executions in Xray, ensuring full traceability to requirements.
• Log, track, and report defects in Jira with clear steps, evidence, and traceability to executions.
• Document and update test plans, test strategies, and reports in Confluence.
• Conduct performance/load testing, analyze results, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure proper coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Apply critical and user-centric thinking in exploratory and acceptance testing.
• Explore opportunities to use AI-assisted testing tools for faster test case creation, test data generation, and defect analysis.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in QA testing (manual + automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with ReadyAPI (API automation) and Cypress (UI automation).
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Xray for test management and reporting.
• Good understanding of API workflows, UI behavior, and system integrations.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or equivalent scripting languages.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical discipline (B.E, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech) or an equivalent qualification.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and workflows.
