Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
  • Expanding Belden s presence in the Energy sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
  • Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Energy vertical in the Middle East, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
  • Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.

What you will bring:

  • Educational background: Degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
  • Professional experience: Proven track record in sales within the Energy sector, with 10+ years of experience in data and network solutions and 5+ years of experience in End User Sales.
  • International exposure: Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken and fluency in minimum one other relevant language. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
