Roles & Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of robust architectures for scalable applications using Node.js and PostgreSQL, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, facilitating best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

  • ERP Integration: Leverage your expertise in ERP systems to create effective integrations and solutions that enhance functionality and improve operational efficiency for clients.

  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of applications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, and Operations, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements and optimizations for existing systems and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with over 10 years of proven expertise in Node.js and PostgreSQL, along with a strong background in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving technical challenges and implementing scalable, production-grade systems. You will play a critical role in driving the architecture and design of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with industry best practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on Node.js and PostgreSQL.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ERP systems and integrations.

  • In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) is highly desirable.

  • Full depth understanding of RDBMS systems

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

  • Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP) are an advantage.
