Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Pre Sales & Industry Engagement
- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and support customer discovery.
- Lead the technical aspects of customer engagements, identifying needs and pain points.
- Deliver high impact product and data demonstrations aligned to customer use cases.
- Own technical input for proposals, RFIs/RFQs, and sales scoping activities.
- Support Sales at industry events and contribute thought leadership content.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver product and industry training materials for Sales teams.
- Lead bespoke Industry 1:1 sessions and product certifications to support go to market success.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Value, PDS, and Sales Enablement teams to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Account Management
- Build strong technical relationships with key enterprise customers.
- Partner with Sales to support account planning and deliver world class technical account management
Requirements
- Must have experience in Airline industry. Additional having experience in airline operation is an advantage.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Data, Business, Aviation, or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre Sales, Technical Sales, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, or complex technical products.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, including experience with RFI/RFQ or commercial proposal support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and support customer engagements, including travel as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
