Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product growth strategy, roadmap, and use cases in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders.
Lead GTM planning including market analysis, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
Manage partner relationships and drive new partnerships to enhance the product portfolio.
Own product revenue, gross margin, pricing strategy, and financial performance.
Support sales through enablement, product positioning, demos, and deal qualification.
Act as the primary point of contact for product marketing initiatives and stakeholder communication.
Prioritize and manage product backlog, feature requirements, and release planning.
Present product strategy, performance, and risks to senior management.
Ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization through cross-functional leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management, preferably in SaaS.
Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, CRM, CCaaS, or BPO services with omnichannel and digital communication solutions.
Proven experience in GTM execution, partnerships, pricing, and revenue management.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to deliver client-focused product demos.
Proficient in MS Office and analytics tools.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
