Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product growth strategy, roadmap, and use cases in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders.

  • Lead GTM planning including market analysis, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.

  • Manage partner relationships and drive new partnerships to enhance the product portfolio.

  • Own product revenue, gross margin, pricing strategy, and financial performance.

  • Support sales through enablement, product positioning, demos, and deal qualification.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product marketing initiatives and stakeholder communication.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlog, feature requirements, and release planning.

  • Present product strategy, performance, and risks to senior management.

  • Ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization through cross-functional leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management, preferably in SaaS.

  • Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, CRM, CCaaS, or BPO services with omnichannel and digital communication solutions.

  • Proven experience in GTM execution, partnerships, pricing, and revenue management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to deliver client-focused product demos.

  • Proficient in MS Office and analytics tools.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
