Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
you will be an integral part of the Resort s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for assisting Chef De Cuisine to lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures as implemented by Director of Culinary.A suitable candidate will be reporting directly to Chef De Cuisine. He/she must have at least 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Strong culinary knowledge in French cuisine is a must. He/she should have strong attention to details, flexibility and should be able to work under pressure. Excellent communication in English language is required and an additional language will be highly regarded
