SPA Manager SOFITEL

Designing and offering luxury-focused spa experiences , including retreats, workshops, and personalized client journeys.

Oversee the daily operations of the Spa , ensuring premium standards in presentation, safety, compliance, and facility maintenance.

Collaborating closely with other departments to seamlessly integrate well-being into the overall customer experience

Recruiting, training and managing a Spa team, while cultivating a culture of professionalism, kindness and continuous improvement

Managing care cards, scheduling, optimization of use, budgets, payroll, and cost control to support business performance

Stimulate revenue growth through optimized treatments, retail sales, packages, partnerships, and targeted wellness offers.

To develop and grow the brand , while ensuring full compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management, ideally in an international luxury or premium hotel

Training in health sciences or a similar discipline

Ability to ensure operational excellence, optimize performance and implement effective commercial strategies, in accordance with Accor brand standards

Strong leadership and coaching skills , with a practical and collaborative approach, embodying Accor's Heartist values

Excellent business acumen and ability to analyze performance indicators, manage budgets, and make clear, data-driven decisions.
