· Manage the spare parts inventory, including ordering, stocking, and replenishing parts to ensure availability for repair and maintenance needs.

· Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and reduce costs.

· Proven experience in spare parts, preferably in marine industries.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

· Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing product information, pricing, and technical support as needed.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts shipments for accuracy and quality.

· Maintain organized inventory storage, including labeling, shelving, and documentation of parts location.

· Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
