· Managing the staff (8 Person) of spare parts.

· Coordinating with PSA regarding the logistic issues, price issues, delay in shipping the consignments.

· Follow up of our all shipments from PSA Air / Sea, collection of documents, Invoice, Certificate of Origin, HBL, BL.

· Confirming Omeir Cargo regarding the arrival of Shipment at Khalifa Port.

· Preparing the stock orders on monthly basis & submission of the order in SAP after the approval of CEO.

· Checking & making the monthly reports of spare parts submitting the same to service manager.

· Preparing the service menu price of spare parts.

· Attending all the customers through phone & emails in GCC & International market as well.

· Feedback regarding the payments of the customers with the credit facility.

· Planning to improve the sale of spare part.

· Inventory control for the of Peugeot & Miscellaneous spare parts.

· Planning of the spare parts need through Air Order or not.

· Coordinating with Service Manager / Work shop Manager / Warranty In charge to arrange the spare parts for all type of campaign on the vehicle.

· Consolidating the Air shipment to reduce the transportation & follow up of the shipment with our freight forwarder Freight Logistic LLC based in Dubai.

· Coordinating with the sales team if any accessories they want to order or fixed on the new vehicle @ special price based on the approval from General Manager.

· Preparing the initial order for new vehicle with the coordination of sales department as per approval of General Manager.
