Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities (Shall include but not limited to):
IKTVA and Localization Responsibilities
Manage IKTVA s three stage requirements:
Short Term: Quarterly self-reporting review, validation, and submission.
Mid Term: Annual IKTVA survey coordination and submission.
Long Term: Development, monitoring, and execution of the 5-Year IKTVA Action Plan.
Lead and coordinate IKTVA-assigned proponents across Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Training and Development , Sustainability, and other relevant departments.
Review IKTVA performance outcomes, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall IKTVA scores.
Manage IKTVA audits and ensure availability, accuracy, and compliance of all supporting documentation in accordance with Aramco IKTVA requirements.
Assist in organizing and supporting IKTVA related events, workshops, and engagement activities.
Update and advise ARO Management on IKTVA initiatives, performance trends, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with Aramco IKTVA teams and proponents to address and resolve IKTVA related issues.
Drilling Contract Management Responsibilities
Support drilling contract management activities, including compliance tracking and documentation control related to rig operations.
Review, manage, and coordinate contractual and operational documents related to drilling rigs, including but not limited to Saudi Aramco and Valaris and/or other clients contracts, amendments, correspondence, and documentation.
Ensure drilling contract documentation aligns with contractual obligations, IKTVA commitments, sustainability requirements, and operational standards.
Act as a focal point for coordination between internal stakeholders, and client regarding contract related matters impacting rigs as per Company policy.
Tendering Responsibilities (As Assigned)
Act as the focal point for internal stakeholders during the tendering process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Business Development Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
Participate in the preparation, review, coordination and submission of tenders in full compliance with client, commercial, and contractual requirements.
Lead the consolidation and validation of tender documentation related to contractual obligations, risk mitigation, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client clarifications related to contractual and commercial matters during tender evaluation stages.
Ensure alignment between tender commitments and post award execution plans.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Building relationship with clients, problem solving
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration , engineering or a related field.
Specialist : 3 7 years
Independently manage quarterly IKTVA reporting and validation.
Lead coordination for annual IKTVA survey and compliance activities.
Prepare and review tender submissions with minimal supervision.
Identify gaps in IKTVA performance and propose improvement initiatives.
Oversee development and execution of the 5-Year IKTVA Action Plan.
Manage complex drilling contract administration and compliance tracking.
Lead tender preparation and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Advise management on IKTVA performance trends and compliance requirements.
