Roles & Responsibilities

OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with world-class talent across technology, artificial intelligence, and related domains. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that attract top candidates from competitive markets globally. .ResponsibilitiesTalent Research & MappingConduct in-depth market research and talent mapping for AI, engineering, data science, and other technical roles.Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.Sourcing & OutreachIdentify high-quality candidates through advanced sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc).Craft personalized outreach campaigns to engage top talent and generate interest in opportunities.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Share market insights, competitor analysis, and sourcing intelligence to influence hiring decisions.Candidate Experience & BrandingAct as the first point of contact for potential candidates, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.Represent the company s brand as a leading AI innovator and employer of choice.Data & ReportingTrack sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline health, diversity outreach, etc.) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiencyQualificationsBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).8-10 years of sourcing/recruitment experience, ideally within technology or AI-focused organizations.Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, social media mining, academic research).Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.Passion for technology, AI, and emerging innovations in the talent landscape.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience sourcing niche AI talent (machine learning researchers, data scientists, applied AI engineers).Global sourcing exposure across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.Understanding of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
