Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In line with GSK values and our Ahead Together strategy, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and adoption of our solutions.
- Developing and executing a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK s commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and market access, to implement tailored solutions for accounts.
- Monitoring product performance, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategic actions to address opportunities and challenges.
- Ensuring product availability by coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams while managing demand forecasting.
- Conducting regular external meetings to educate HCPs on disease awareness and patient-focused solutions, in adherence to GSK s ethical practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Recent experience in specialty care, Respiratory care, or related therapeutic areas within the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Readiness to travel across UAE as required.
- Residency in the UAE and based in Northern Emirates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in specialty care & / or Respiratory care, including account management and patient-focused solutions.
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Northern Emirates.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage priorities and deliver results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge to continuously improve.
