Job Description

Job Summary-

We are looking for a Specialty Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our unique and specialized outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Job Responsibility-

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and customer feedback
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers for product selection and pricing
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements-

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis
