• Participate in the design, review, and enhancement of a secure, scalable, and interoperable HIS application architecture that supports clinical, administrative, and mobile use cases.

2-Solutions Design:

• Deliver secure, reliable, high-performing HIS solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations and differentiate through innovatio.
• Solution Design
• Performance Benchmarks achieved:
• Innovation Throughput
• Security & Compliance
• Documentation Currency

3-Manage Development Activities:

Lead and govern the full SDLC for HIS initiatives to deliver quality, secure, maintainable applications.

Secure SDLC Compliance for 100% of releases

Change Management: 100% of changes via CAB with rollback plans.

4-Integration & Interoperability:

• Ensure seamless, secure data exchange across HIS modules and external systems (labs, radiology, pharmacy, payers).
• Operate and harden the middleware/iPaaS.
• Govern API lifecycle.
• Collaborate with payers for e-Claims/e-Auth APIs.
• Standardize on HL7 v2/FHIR/DICOM manage interface mappings and terminologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in HIS support / hospital IT operations.
• Experience in support applications and systems in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working with EMR/HIS vendor.
