Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

HR Strategy - translating corporate HR strategy into specific people strategies and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Strategic Workforce Planning - Align long-term workforce strategy with business forecasts, project pipelines, demobilization plans, and Omanisation targets.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Oversee recruitment planning, ensuring alignment with workforce budgets and business priorities. Monitor mobilization timelines.

Job Descriptions - Provide governance oversight on JDs ensuring consistency and clarity in role accountability.

Omanisation - Drive the Omanisation roadmap in compliance with Ministry/Client regulations, including ICV and ensure alignment with corporate omanisation targets

Employee Relations & Grievance Management - Provide strategic oversight of employee relations, ensure fair and legally compliant resolutions.

Compliance with Labour Law & Internal Policies - Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal governance frameworks.

Offboarding/Exit Management - Review attrition patterns and recommend corrective strategies.

Total Rewards u2013 Recommendation for salary increases, cost optimization strategies while ensuring internal equity.

Employee Engagement & Transformation - culture transformation, leadership development, ensuring alignment with corporate values.

Succession Planning u2013 Identify critical positions and the successors. Follow-up on the development strategies.

Performance Management u2013 Ensure timely completion of appraisals, assist Unit Head in calibration of performance ratings.

L&D and Skill Development u2013 Identify training needs, ensure nominations and training effectiveness upon completion. Skill development.

Project Coordination & Demobilization u2013 Monitoring of Projects completion status and redeployment post completion.

Visa, Resident Card, Leave & Air Ticket Management u2013 Ensure coordination with Employee Affairs/Shared Services for timely action.

Site Visits u2013 Carryout periodic site visits, submit reports and recommendations.
