Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Conduct job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay grade analysis
- Review and recommend compensation structures aligned with market standards and organizational strategy
- Develop and improve KPIs, appraisal tools, and performance evaluation processes
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations and provide HR advisory support to managers
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with labor laws and company standards
- Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and data- driven decision- making
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 8 years HR Generalist experience
Strong experience in :
- Pay Grade Analysis
- Salary Structure & Compensation Review
- Performance Management Systems
- KPI Development
- HR Policies & Employee Relations
Knowledge in HR analytics and organizational development is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 5 8 years HR Generalist experience
Strong experience in :
o Pay Grade Analysis
o Salary Structure & Compensation Review
o Performance Management Systems
o KPI Development
o HR Policies & Employee Relations
Knowledge in HR analytics and organizational development is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
