I. BASIC FUNCTION:
The Senior Internal Auditor performs independent, objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve company operations. This role is responsible for planning and conducting audits across various functions to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes, and for recommending enhancements.

II. JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent is a qualified audit professional with demonstrated expertise in internal auditing and a working knowledge of business processes across various domains. The position requires initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage assigned audits with limited supervision from Internal Audit management.

I/I/I. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1.Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards) and SPARK Internal Audit methodology.
2.Apply a risk-based approach to audit planning and fieldwork; develop detailed audit programs and testing strategies.
3.Document audit procedures and findings in a clear, concise, and timely manner in working papers to support conclusions.
4.Communicate audit observations, risks, and recommendations through formal and informal presentations to management.
5.Review and supervise the work of junior auditors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate audit coverage.
6.Prepare or contribute to high-quality audit reports that provide valuable insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.
7.Participate in post-audit follow-ups to assess management s progress in implementing corrective actions.
8.Assist with investigations, advisory reviews, and special projects as directed by Audit Management.
9.Maintain a professional approach, uphold confidentiality, and comply with the Internal Audit Charter, Code of Ethics, and corporate policies.
