Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage manpower planning aligned with project and business requirements
  • Analyze workforce data, utilization, and productivity trends
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads on staffing needs
  • Forecast manpower demand and prepare hiring or redeployment plans
  • Monitor headcount, attrition, and manpower costs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual requirements
  • Prepare manpower reports and dashboards for senior management
  • Support recruitment and mobilization activities when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in manpower planning or workforce management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and workforce planning tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in construction and FM industries
