Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Providing day to day oversight and direction to the PMC team.
Managing construction bids.
Creating construction schedules.
Planning and monitoring project budget.
Hiring and managing the workforce.
Finding and managing subcontractors.
Managing equipment and materials.
Leading regular project review meetings, identify problem areas and ensure that corrective actions are initiated.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Constantly evaluate the performance of the EPC contractor to ensure that all required execution plans and procedures are in place, To make sure that EPC contractor is performing the work in accordance with these plans and procedures.
All deliverables are issued on a timely basis, reviewed by appropriate members of the PMC team, .
Requirement.Eexperience in Construction of luxurious villas is mandatory.
Should have worked in PMC/Consultant Co.
Preferred Chartered Engineer, Civil/Architect MSc/BSc.
