Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and networking, to build a robust pipeline for critical roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company values and team dynamics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback to foster trust and build a strong talent network.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, manage data, and generate reports on key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving processes and strategies to attract top talent.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, actively seeking and recruiting diverse candidates to build a more inclusive workforce.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Manpower supply companies, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and talent pools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for sourcing and managing candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience in negotiating and extending job offers, with a track record of successfully closing candidates.
