Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr. Sales Executive – B2B Sales will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s tile and sanitary ware products within the assigned UAE region. This role focuses on business-to-business relationships, targeting corporate clients, contractors, and developers to drive project-based sales. The candidate will handle the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and deal closure, with a strong focus on maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.


KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meeting with clients to demonstrate and present the products (Tiles and Sanitary ware).

2. Negotiating and closing deals.

3. Full coverage of projects within the assigned area.

4. Maintaining accurate records of the project details and status.

5. Reviewing along with line manager the sales performance and working towards the monthly and annual sale targets.

Desired Candidate Profile


KEY COMPETENCIES

• Experience in B2B sales within the industry (3 years)

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

• Good computer skills (MS Office and preferably SAP)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English

• Dedicated and Able to perform under pressure

• Effective Presentation Skills

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Business Administration)

Experience:

  • 1-3 years

Skills:

MS Excel, SAP-ERP
