Sr. Site Engineer AlRawabit International Recruitment LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all civil works at the project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams, providing technical guidance and support.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with project quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE local authority requirements.

• Review construction drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.

• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports for management.

• Ensure proper planning, execution, and timely completion of civil works.

• Identify technical issues on site and resolve them promptly to avoid delays.

• Monitor material usage, site resources, and manpower efficiently.

• Ensure quality control by conducting inspections and coordinating with consultants for approvals.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site at all times.

• Assist in coordination for inspections, approvals, and handover documentation.
