Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring for our Sri Lankan food kiosk at Global Village Dubai 2025–26 Season. We require an experienced Sri Lankan Chef and Sri Lankan Tea Maker to prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes and traditional teas for our customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Srilankan Cuisine Chef

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Srilankan dishes (Srilankan Snacks, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes)

  • Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene at all times.

  • Manage cooking operations in a fast-paced kiosk environment.

    Sri Lankan Tea Maker

  • Prepare and serve authentic Sri Lankan tea varieties (milk tea, ginger tea, cardamom tea, etc.).

  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

  • Handle tea-making station and assist in kiosk operations during peak hours.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sri Lankan cooking / tea preparation.

  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must be available for the entire Global Village season (Oct 2025 – Apr 2026).
