Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all dining areas are impeccably clean and organized, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place for smooth service.
  • Promptly respond to guest requests and inquiries, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor table settings and replenish items as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with hospitality-related coursework.
  • Previous experience in a steward or similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment for at least 1-2 years.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices to ensure compliance in all cleaning tasks.
