Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and loss prevention.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand guidelines for displays and presentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align store performance with company goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewelry products (e.g., diamonds, gold, gemstones) and luxury retail trends.
  • Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in the UAE.
