Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.

  • Targets: Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.

  • Merchandising: Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked with merchandise.

  • Transactions: Accurately process payments using POS (Point of Sale) systems.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or returns promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or membership sales (experience in fitness/wellness industry preferred).

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online sales workflows.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about fitness and wellness.
