*Receiving & Inspection of Goods:* Accept deliveries of raw materials, packaging supplies, and other incoming stock; verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes; inspect goods for quality and report discrepancies.

*Dispatching & Shipping:* Prepare and coordinate the timely dispatch of finished chocolate products and outbound shipments; ensure accurate documentation (delivery notes, invoices, waybills).

*Inventory Management:* Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems; conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation to minimize variances.

*Store Maintenance & Organization:* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards (HACCP/GMP awareness is a plus).

*Stock Rotation & FIFO/FEFO Compliance:* Ensure proper stock rotation, particularly for perishable and date-sensitive chocolate ingredients and finished goods.

*Documentation & Reporting:* Maintain up-to-date records of all goods received, issued, and returned; generate daily/weekly stock reports for management review.

*Coordination & Communication:* Liaise with procurement, production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

*Material Handling:* Safely handle, stack, and store goods using appropriate equipment; ensure all materials are stored under correct temperature and humidity conditions as required for chocolate products.

*Loss Prevention:* Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, theft, damage, or wastage.
