Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales Performance Management- Lead and oversee the full B2B and B2C sales function to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Drive the achievement of individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics across all revenue teams to ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and gross profit performance by product and service line.
- Optimize sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation strategies across the business.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products, service packages, and revenue streams.
Team Leadership & Operational Management
- Set clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the Revenue team.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams through ongoing performance management and mentoring.
- Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure teams remain aligned with company offerings and market developments.
- Share market insights, pricing strategies, industry trends, and sales best practices to support successful deal closures.
- Oversee CRM pipeline management to ensure efficient lead handling, tracking, and conversion within established timelines.
- Ensure fair and effective lead distribution across the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Evaluate team and individual performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive sustainable gross profit growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams to execute business growth strategies.
- Analyze business performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and support continuous improvement initiatives across the revenue function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or managerial sales leadership role within a UAE corporate service provider environment.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 15+ employees in high-performance sales environments.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue and gross profit growth.
- Extensive knowledge of B2B and B2C sales operations, CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and corporate services industry.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
