Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Sales Performance Management
  • Lead and oversee the full B2B and B2C sales function to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Drive the achievement of individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics across all revenue teams to ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and gross profit performance by product and service line.
  • Optimize sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation strategies across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products, service packages, and revenue streams.

Team Leadership & Operational Management

  • Set clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the Revenue team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams through ongoing performance management and mentoring.
  • Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure teams remain aligned with company offerings and market developments.
  • Share market insights, pricing strategies, industry trends, and sales best practices to support successful deal closures.
  • Oversee CRM pipeline management to ensure efficient lead handling, tracking, and conversion within established timelines.
  • Ensure fair and effective lead distribution across the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Evaluate team and individual performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive sustainable gross profit growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams to execute business growth strategies.
  • Analyze business performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and support continuous improvement initiatives across the revenue function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic or managerial sales leadership role within a UAE corporate service provider environment.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams of 15+ employees in high-performance sales environments.
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue and gross profit growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of B2B and B2C sales operations, CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and corporate services industry.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
