Strategy Management

  • Manage the development and continuous refinement of the corporate and business strategies, ensuring alignment with dans mission, vision and core values.
  • Direct in-depth research and strategic analysis across key business areas to inform strategy formulation, innovation programs, and organizational initiatives.
  • Cascade strategic objectives into practical frameworks, tools, and action plans that enable evidence-based decision-making across all organizational levels.
  • Ensure strategic coherence and operational integration, overseeing the management of resources, project scheduling, communications, performance tracking, and organizational systems.
  • Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote awareness, ownership, and alignment with dans strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and reporting mechanisms to track the execution and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.


Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Holds either Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management with practical experience in this field for not less than (12) years or Master s degree in Business Administration, Data Management or related subjects, with practical experience in this field for not less than (10) years.
  • Practical experience in this field for not less than (7) years.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in the strategic planning and performance management and related international best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in the performance management systems, tools, and theories
  • Future foresight theories, frameworks, tools, and technologies
  • Organizational Agility theories, frameworks, tools, and technologies
  • Project management frameworks, tools and techniques for small-to-med size scale projects
  • Innovation theories, frameworks, tools, and technologies (preferable).
  • Management consulting experience in a tier one global firm (preferable).
  • Worked with public sector organizations strategy, performance, organizational transformation, project management and coordination (preferable).

  • Quantities and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Reporting and technical writing
  • The capability to train, guide, and promote awareness of the strategy and performance concepts requirements and deployment.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.

  • Project Management skills
  • Q-Pulse compliance management system (beneficial)
