Strategy Manager

Your role will be to provide support to EMIR s clients in various areas, including strategy formulation, innovation, public policy advice, stakeholder and team management, as well as project planning and execution. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and confidential projects in the UAE.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies in complex, sensitive, and fast-paced projects
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Help refine the firm s methodologies and practices through continuous learning and adventure
• Assist in high-level project management initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Participate in sophisticated analysis, research, modelling and document creation that supports strategic decision-making and investment opportunities
• Assist in the project planning processes, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management
• Ensure the implementation of a robust daily and weekly reporting mechanism, as necessary, that provides insights into project progress, issues, and achievements
• Engage with key stakeholders, including third-party consultants and vendors, effectively communicating strategies and project updates to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and external clients
• Contribute to team management, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence; manage and guide the work of junior team members as required

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or a related field. Preferably with skills or knowledge in real estate and large-scale projects.
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Innovation, Organisation Design, or related fields. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, delivery, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software
• Solid understanding of modern tech/AI tools and their applicability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
