Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage on-site structural works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project schedules to guarantee structural integrity.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of structural elements, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs, to identify any deviations, defects, or potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient execution of structural activities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site records, progress reports, and documentation related to structural works, including daily logs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, providing a strong foundation in structural principles and design.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of experience in structural site engineering or construction management, showcasing practical experience in the field.

  • Has experience in the construction of high-rise buildings, bridges, or infrastructure projects, indicating familiarity with complex structural systems.
