Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will contribute directly to CUD s student enrollment objectives. You will represent the university at various touchpoints, from school visits to campus tours and recruitment events, while maintaining a strong lead pipeline through CRM and supporting conversion efforts from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct school visits and presentations to promote CUD programs and values.
  • Organize and lead engaging campus tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school counselors and academic decision-makers.
  • Represent CUD at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events across the UAE.
  • Use Oracle CRM to manage leads, track performance, and execute targeted communications.
  • Follow up with prospective students and admitted-not-registered applicants to support enrollment.
  • Assist in planning and executing Open House events and campus-based recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular recruitment performance updates and reports to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant specialization.

  • 2 3 years of experience in student recruitment, Sales, Marketing, outreach, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is essential. French is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Oracle) and MS Office.
  • Valid UAE driver s license and willingness to travel for school visits and events.
