Control the all plant maintenance activities in CRS Finishing area in order to ensure that the maintenance activities are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.

To commit to best practices of maintenance programs, anticipate shutdowns, cost effective, proactive maintenance and engineering services and minimize risks.

To oversee equipment maintenance according to high standards

Monitoring all manpower routine activities, emergency breakdowns, Operational Stoppages, monthly schedule repairs and yearly major repairs, in order to ensure that the manpower should be effectively utilized on every task.

Implement both planned and unplanned changes to scheduled activities in order to ensure operational efficiency is maximized.

Run regular meetings with other agencies to ensure all maintenance activities and events are properly coordinated and communicated.

Control the activities of the Finishing in order to ensure that the all shop maintenance work should be carried out on its time in the most efficient and safe manner, ensuring compliance to all applicable work instructions/procedures and taking corrective action on appropriate manner.

Coordinate with other Departments and outside agencies (e.g., equipment suppliers) and maintain close relationship in order to exchange information, resolve problems and ensure the continuous smooth running of maintenance section operations that meet corporate needs.

Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.

Carryout survey during shutdowns and ensure all the activities are done by team and contractors as planned and record the actual time taken to accomplish the work to compare it with the schedule and judge the status of the work at each stage.

Comply to duties assigned by superiors to ensure that plant, equipment, and process are operated efficiently and safely.
