Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Relations:br> Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, or disputes.br> Mediate and resolve employee conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.br> Counsel employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employee conduct.br> Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.br> Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a healthy work culture.br> HR Operations:br> Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, and HR systems.br> Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with legal requirements, and effectively communicated to all employees.br> Supervise the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation processes.br> Ensure the proper maintenance of employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.

Performance Management:br> Guide and support managers in the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and corrective actions.br> Collaborate with department heads to improve employee performance and foster professional development.br> Manage the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.br> Compliance and Reporting:br> Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies.br> Prepare and review reports on HR operations and employee relations trends, offering recommendations for improvements.br> Keep the HR team informed about new regulations, policies, and best practices.br> Team Leadership:br> Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals and support staff.br> Conduct training and development programs for the HR team.br> Ensure the team provides efficient and accurate HR services to the organization.br> Full-time position.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations and HR operations.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and HR systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience leading a team and driving HR initiatives.
  • Experience in a specific industry.
  • Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll software).
