Supervisor First Bite Restaurant

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

• Manage and guide restaurant staff during shifts.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely food delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Train new employees on restaurant procedures and service standards.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

• Assist in scheduling shifts and staff allocation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.

• Support cashiering and billing operations when required.

• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Preferred candidates currently available in UAE.
