Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our team at MyPlants. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality landscaping and gardening services across residential and corporate projects in Dubai. The Supervisor will oversee a gardening team and play a key role in driving sales through site visits and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Quality Control
Oversee a gardening team across multiple project sites to ensure work meets MyPlants’ high standards.
Monitor progress, provide feedback, and maintain a consistent level of quality at all locations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Client Engagement & Sales
Visit potential clients at residential and corporate properties to assess requirements.
Prepare and present accurate project quotations for new landscaping and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Build strong relationships with clients, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
Project & Resource Management
Organise and manage work schedules for the gardening team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work closely with the Sourcer to confirm that the right plants, tools, and materials are delivered to each project.
Identify and resolve any operational issues that may affect project delivery.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of site visits, quotations, and sales conversions.
Provide regular reports to management on project progress, client satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Ensure clear communication between teams, clients, and management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or facility management, ideally within the UAE.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Sales-driven mindset with experience in preparing quotes and closing deals.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
