Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, guide, and support floor staff to maintain high service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance and provide training where necessary.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
Assist in inventory, stock control, and order planning.
Support management in achieving sales targets and implementing promotions.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant or F&B environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Professional, presentable, and able to manage a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and service procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
