Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present sushi dishes according to authentic Japanese standards.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
Bring creativity and attention to detail to every dish prepared.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and creatively under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a multicultural team environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
