Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sweets Chef to join our dynamic F&B (Tahina Factory) team Dubai. Preferably Syrian and Lebanese sweets chef making and Packing (All types of Tahina, Tahinia, Raha halqoum, all types of Malban, Marzipan) and create new products, he will be incharge about all needs for sweet department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Chef is responsible for overseeing all sweets and dessert production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. This role involves designing new products, maintaining recipe accuracy, managing the whole team, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.


  • Prepare, Tahina, Tahinia, Raha halqoum, all types of Malban, Marzipan sweets, and decorate a wide variety of products and desserts.
  • Develop and test new recipes aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
  • Supervise and train junior pastry staff to maintain product consistency.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of sweets ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sweet section according to HACCP standards.
  • Work closely with the purchasing and cost control teams for recipe costing and ingredient planning.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sweet Chef / Arabic Cousins or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of classic and modern sweets techniques.
  • Strong eye for detail and artistic presentation.
  • Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creativity, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Experience in high-end sweets and dessert production
  • Skilled in preparation and layering techniques
  • Able to develop and follow varied sweets recipes
  • Strong in sweets finishing and decoration
  • Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
