Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and meticulous System Administrator and ERP Manager to administrate and follow up on all the IT activity of the company.
This role is responsible for making sure operations run smoothly, processes are followed, work is well organized on the ground.
The role requires presence on-site, strong analytical skills, and the ability to find solutions to technical problems on timely basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1- User Support:
Knowledge of PC Troubleshooting
Printer Troubleshooting
Software Installation
2- Networking and Security:
Internet troubleshooting.
Firewall Management: DHCP VPN-DNS.
Network Installation & Management.
Attendance Systems: Installation & Management.
CCTV Installation & Maintenance.
Access Point management.
3- Servers:
- Windows server
- Active Directory
- Nas Storage.
- Meta Account Management.
4- ERP System:
- Odoo knowledge.
- SQL knowledge.
- Business Sectors knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
* 7+ years experience in Network and system Administration as well as ERP Management.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Practical, firm, and solution-oriented.
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Good communication skills.
*Previous experience working in high pressure and demanding environments.
