Roles & Responsibilities

Position: System Coordinator- Customer Service Location: AAFB- Dubai What Will Your Day Look Like? The System Coordinator- Customer Service, will be responsible for end-to-end system coordination and back-office support for Customer Service and Field Sales operations within the Sales & Distribution domain. The role ensures seamless integration between field sales applications and SAP, monitors transactional flow, supports trade and commercial activities, and acts as a key coordination point between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

How Will You Make an Impact?

Field Sales & Customer Service System Support

  • Provide operational and system support to Field Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Support Field Sales applications including Journey Plan updates and OTP generation for pre-sales activities.
  • Handle Consumer App CRM cases and ensure timely resolution.

SAP & Integration Monitoring (SD Domain)

  • Monitor integration transactions between field systems and SAP.
  • Track and resolve EDI / IDOC failures and ensure successful posting in SAP.
  • Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of sales and distribution transactions.

Trade & Commercial Operations

  • Manage Trade Deal updates in SAP and related external applications.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, and trade agreement execution.

IT & System Issue Management

  • Identify and report system issues to Agthia IT team.
  • Follow up on resolution and ensure timely closure.
  • UAT for any enhancements/ changes in SAP or any other applications.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for business requirements.
  • Generate SRN for vendor payments and coordinate closure.
  • Work closely with vendors on system-related projects and issue resolution.

Communication & Messaging Systems

  • Manage SMS sub-account operations.
  • Support marketing SMS and transactional messaging services.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with System Controller, Customer Service Supervisors, Branch teams, IT, and vendors.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across business and technical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree/diploma in any.
  • Minimum Experience: • A minimum of 3 4 years of experience in storekeeping, retail, or customer service is required.
  • Job-Specific Skills: • SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) support • EDI / IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting • Field sales system operations • CRM support (Consumer applications) • Vendor coordination and IT issue tracking • Strong analytical and coordination skills. • Preferably in Technical along with Business.
