Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute client implementations efficiently while ensuring a professional and positive client experience.
Review documentation, workflows, and implementation plans with customers and vendors.
Coordinate and track progress of new implementation projects.
Install and configure software and systems based on project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
Maintain detailed documentation of actions taken and keep stakeholders informed.
Proactively engage with clients during the implementation process to assess satisfaction.
Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and workshops.
Maintain relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementation and troubleshooting across the following areas:
VMware vSphere ESXi and vCenter
VMware Aria Suite Components
VMware NSX
Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft 365 and Azure
Enterprise Backup Solutions: Dell PowerProtect, Avamar, Veeam or any other Enterprise backup solutions
Dell VxRail HCI
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Server and Storage Infrastructure
