Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with employee information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or other human resources management systems is a plus.
