Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the spa, gym, and medical clinics.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.

Schedule and organize interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with candidates and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and facilitating new hire orientation sessions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to promote GROOVY Medical Spa as an employer of choice.

Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Willingness to work onsite in a dynamic spa and medical clinic setting.
