Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company s manpower plan and business goals.
Coordinate with department heads and factory managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
Manage the full recruitment process for factories and Head Office .
Source and attract candidates through various channels (online platforms, labor offices, technical schools, etc.).
Conduct interviews and assessments in different governorates as needed.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Handle onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Represent the company at job fairs and external recruitment events.
Able to travel easily between different Location's ( Fayoom , Bani sweif , alsharqia , )
Plan and execute recruitment campaigns in different governorates to attract blue-collar workers and specialized technical staff.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and Egyptian labor laws.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to improve efficiency.
Maintain an updated talent database and establish a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
Represent the company at job fairs, career days, and external events to enhance employer branding.
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
Prepare periodic recruitment reports and present insights to senior management.
Create and conduct Technical Tests for all positions in Factories .
Can conduct Salary survey based on collecting data about the industry and demographics .
Engaged in Training if needed
Participate in the department Main projects .
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree .
3 5 years of experience in recruitment, in a manufacturing or garment industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English and computer (MS Office).

Willingness to travel between governorates .
Proven experience in mass hiring for the garment or manufacturing sector.
