Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years plus experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Work effectively with HR colleagues and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
