- Proactively source and attract top-tier non-IT mechanical engineering talent through diverse channels like industry events, online platforms, and passive candidate outreach.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, evaluating technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with company values and specific role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and tailor recruitment strategies to fill critical roles efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
- Has 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on recruiting for non-IT mechanical engineering roles.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the mechanical engineering industry, including technical terminology, trends, and market dynamics.
- Exhibits a proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networking.
