Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Execution
- Leads the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions from intake meetings, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, assessments, and offers to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and ensure alignment with the approved workforce plan.
- Implements sourcing strategies (e.g., social media, job boards, referrals, university relations, LinkedIn) to build a strong pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Conducts structured competency-based interviews and handles panel assessments to ensure selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Ensures all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and SLAs standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Acts as the primary recruitment advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, recommended sourcing channels, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
- Coordinates closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment, onboarding, and probation process.
- Regularly communicates recruitment progress and challenges, recommending solutions that support business continuity.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Tracks and analyzes recruiting metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Ensures all recruitment activities are updated in the HR systems and candidate records are maintained with accuracy.
- Recommends and supports improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and excellence.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Supports employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university events, and social media campaigns to attract top talent.
- Builds and maintains relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks to strengthen Transmed s market presence.
- Optimizes recruitment initiatives, including internship programs, networking events, and other talent engagement activities, ensuring strong early-career pipelines and continuous connection with high-potential candidates.
- Manages talent pools for critical and recurring roles and ensures continuous pipeline development.
TM Purpose
- Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on a daily basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic Education & Professional Certification
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Operational & Managerial Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in competency-based interviewing is a must.
- FMCG or multinational experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting hiring managers and leading recruitment cycles independently.
Technical Skills
- Competency-based interviewing
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and channels
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and ATS platforms
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Language Skillsbr Fluency in English
