Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Utilize various channels and methods to source candidates, ensuring a diverse applicant pool.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for talent acquisition and the ability to promote a positive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
